Nerf Herder
1. X-Wing
- Pull ball back with sole of Right foot
- Push ball forward & to left with inside of Right foot.
- Sole Roll ball back with sole of Left foot.
- Push ball forward and to right with inside of Left foot.
- Repeat 5 times.
2. Y-Wing
- Sole roll the ball from left to right with your rRight foot.
- Push the ball forward to the right with the inside of your Right foot.
- Sole roll the ball from right to left with your Left foot.
- Push the ball to the left with the inside of your Left foot.
- Repeat 5 times.
3. Sticky Tape
- Sole roll the ball to your left and then back to the right without loosing contact with the ball, using your Right Foot.
- Repeat 10 times.
- Sole roll the ball to your right and then back to your left, without loosing contact with the ball, using your Left foot.
- Repeate 10 times.
4. Forest Moons Right
- Sole Roll the ball to the left with your Right foot.
- Stop the ball with the sole of your Left foot.
- Repeat 3 times.
5. Forest Moons Left
- Sole Roll the ball to the right with your Left foot.
- Stop the ball with the sole of your Right foot.
- Repeat 3 times.
6. Bells
- Touch the ball to the left with the inside of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball to the right with the inside of your Left foot.
- Repeat 5 times.
7. Drogon
- Touch the ball to the left with the inside of your Right foot, then Touch the ball to the right with inside of your Left foot.
- Sole roll the ball to the left with the sole of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball to the right with the inside of your Left foot, then touch the ball to the left with the inside of your Right foot.
- Sole Roll the ball to the left with the sole of your Left foot.
8. Toe Touch
- Touch the ball with the sole of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball with the Sole of your Left foot.
- Repeat 5 times.
9. Compas
- Sole Roll the ball forward alternating with the sole of your Right and Left feet to the cone.
- Sole Roll the bal back to the center alternating with your Right and Left feet.
- Sole roll the ball to your left, to the cone with your Right foot.
- Sole roll the ball to your right, to the cone with your Left foot.
- Sole roll the ball back to the center with your Right foot. Push the balll forward with the insode of your Right foot to finish.
10. Solo Rolls
- Sole roll ball to left with Right foot.
- Push ball forward with inside of Left foot.
- Sole Roll ball to the right with Left foot.
- Push ball forward with inside of Right foot.
- Sole roll ball left with Right foot.
- Push ball forward with inside of Left foot.
11. Juggle
- Pull ball back with sole of foot.
- Pop ball into air with toe as ball runs up on foot.
- Strike ball on the bottom with laces of foot.
- Repeat step 3 five times.
12. Stepover Cut
- Step to the left, over the ball with your Right foot.
- Cut the ball to the right with the outside of your Right foot.
- Step to the left, over the ball with your Left foot.
- Cut the ball to the left with the outside of your Left foot.
13. PA
- Scissor over the ball to the right with your Right foot.
- Push the ball left with the outside of your Left foot.
- Scissor over the ball to the left with your Left foot.
- Push the ball right with the outside of your Right foot.
14. Scissors Cut
- Stop ball with the sole of your Right foot.
- As you turn your body and step over the ball, sole roll the ball towards your body continuing your forward momentum.
15. Double Scissors
- Sole roll the ball to your left with your Right foot.
- Stop the ball with the sole of your Left foot.
- Sole roll the ball to your left with your Right foot.
- Stop the ball with the sole of your Left foot.
- Sole roll the ball to your left with your Right foot.
- Stop the ball with the sole of your Left foot.
16. Lunge Cut
- Step to the left of the ball with your Left foot.
- Snap your Right foot back to prepare to strike the ball.
- Cut the ball to the right with the outside of your Right foot.
- Step to the right of the ball with your Right foot.
- Snap your Left foot back as if to strike the ball.
- Cut the ball to the left with the outside of your Left foot.
17. Hakuna Matata
- Sole roll the ball left with the sole of your Right foot.
- Push the ball forward with the inside of your left foot.
- Sole roll the ball right with the sole of your left foot.
- Push the ball forward with the inside of your Right foot.
18. Pull Back Cruyff
- Pull the ball back with your Right foot.
- Push the ball behind your left foot with the inside of your right foot.
- Push the ball to the left with the outside of your left foot.
19. Maradona
- Stop the ball with the sole of your Right foot.
- Step over the ball with your Right foot as you turn.
- Sole roll the ball with your Left foot.
20. Cut Catch
- Push the ball left with the inside of your Right foot.
- Push the ball forward with the inside of your left foot.
- Push the ball right with the inside of your left foot.
- Push the ball forward with the inside of your Right foot.
21. Blaster
- Start 6′ from a hard surface.
- Strike the ball hard with the inside of your foot.
- As the ball returns strike the ball again with the same foot.
- 10 total touches with both your Right and Left feet.
22. Blaster Rifle
- Start 6′ from a hard surface.
- Strike the ball hard with the inside of your foot.
- As the ball returns control the ball with the inside of the same foot.
- 10 total touches with both your Right and Left feet.
23. Droids
- Strike the ball hard with the inside of your foot against a solid surface.
- As the ball returns step over the ball and turn to catch the ball.
- Repeat 10 times.
24. Mighty Micks
- Start 6″ from a hard surface.
- Strike the ball hard with the laces of your foot.
- As the ball returns strike the ball again with the same foot.
- 10 total touches with both your Right and Left feet.
25. Clover
- Touch the ball forward with the outside of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball left with the inside of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball forward with the outside of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball left with the inside of your Left foot.
- Touch the ball forward with the ouside of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball left with the inside of your Right foot.
26. 4 Moons
- Dribble ball with the inside of your Right foot in a tight circle counter clockwise.
- Dribble ball with the outside of your Right foot in a tight circle clockwise.
- Dribble ball with the outside of your Left foot in a tight circle counter clockwise.
- Dribble ball with the inside of your Left foot in a tight circle clockwise.
27. Clones
- Dribble the ball with the inside of your feet, alternating right foot, left foot.
28. Clone Troopers Right
- Dribble using the inside and outside of your Right foot.
29. Clone Troopers Left
- Dribble using the inside and outside of your Left foot.
