This video will serve as a guide to getting started using Skill Set 3.

This video will walk you through step by step through each technique in Skill Set 3. If you want to work on individual techniques you can choose them below.
Practice Plan
- The Techniques are in order from bottom left to top, then go to the bottom right to top. Skill Set 3 is 9 techniques but is a bit longer.
- Learn the movements first by reviewing each technique.
- Begin the skill set.
- Dribble or sole roll back to the start.
- Do 3 more sets then take a 30 second break.
- Repete 4 times for a 12 to 15 minute session.

Skill Set 3 Set Up
1. Sticky Tape
- Pull ball back from left to right with sole of Right foot
- Push ball forward & to right with inside of Right foot.
- Pull ball back from right to left with sole of Left foot.
- Push ball forward and to left with inside of Left foot.
- Repeat 5 times.
2. Forest Moons Left
- Dribble ball using quick touches and small steps. Use the inside and outside of both your right and left feet.
3. Compas
- Use the outside of your right foot to push the ball forward, move to your right and around the obsticle.
- Use the outsdie of your left foot to continue moveing the ball forward, move to your left and around the obsticle.
- Repete
4. Stepover Cut
- Touch ball to left with inside of Right foot.
- Touch ball to right with inside of Left foot.
- Repeate 5 more times
5. Hakuna Matata
- Cut the ball to the right with the inside of your right foot
- Catch the ball with you r left foot and push it forward.
- Cut the ball to the left with the inside of your left foot.
- Catch the ball with your right foot and push it forward.
6. Clone Troopers Left
- Pull the ball back with the sole of your right foot, cut the ball to the left behind your left with the inside of your right foot.
- Pull the ball back with the sole of your left foot and push it behind your right with the inside of your left foot.
7. Lunge Cut
- Dribble the ball with the inside and outside of your right foot.
- Repeat 3 times.
8. Clover
- Pull the ball back with the sole of your foot so it will roll onto your foot.
- Pop the ball up in the air and juggle 5 + times.
9. Double Scissors
- Touch the ball to the left with the inside of your Right foot, then Touch the ball to the right with inside of your Left foot.
- Sole roll the ball to the left with the sole of your Right foot.
- Touch the ball to the right with the inside of your Left foot, then touch the ball to the left with the inside of your Right foot.
- Sole Roll the ball to the left with the sole of your Left foot.
